rfc3276.hdsl2ShdslSpanConfPSD value is asymmetric(2).
	 Seleceted rate depends on transmission mode - 
	 specified in Annex A or B of G.991.2.
For Annex A; 
  R1 selects the 776 or 784 kbit/s 
	   R2 selects the 1544 or 1552 kbit/s  
	 For Annex B ;
  R1 selects the 2312 kbit/s 
  R2 selects the 2056 kbit/s
