Object
The GW should register every 'Time to Register' seconds with the GK. The 'Time to Register' range is from 0 to 900 seconds in intervals of 60 seconds. 0 means Never. When the GK becomes active the Gateways that are up can register so that the GK has an updated list of active Registered Gateways.
