ethIfIntervalIndex

The index of the Ethernet interface. 
It may be ifIndex.
For some devices (e.g RICi-622GE), supporting several types of 
intervals, this index will be a concatenation of the port index and 
interval type.
		Interval type can indicate: 1 minute, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours.
