column r/w Enumeration 
This parameter defines where the CSU loop will be done: 
local - locally (by IPmux) towards the TDM device
transparent - transferred to Remote Device that will send it to its
              connected TDM device.
remote - Remote Device will close the loop towards the Local Device.
