Conceptual row in atmLayer2PriorityTable. Each entry is a Network ATM End-Point per priority. Upon a group creation, all priorities are mapped to the Main VCC. Number of entries per group is according to the number of priorities enabled. (For example, for Max priorities = 8, the agent will create 8 entries).
