column r/w Enumeration 
This parameter determines the Direction of the Alarm Forwarding. 
unidirectional - alarmForwardingFailPort affects the
                 alarmForwardingToPort.
bidirectional - alarmForwardingFailPort affects the
                alarmForwardingToPort AND vice-versa.
                For such cases, this value will be selected, instead of 
                entering an additional unidirectional entry
                in the table, where the indexes are swapped.
