Object
Throttle controls the baud rate of the WAN.
For example if we have a WAN rate of 2M but we want only 1/2 M as
the baud rate we set the Wan Throttle to 512k.
These are the values:
Full (2),
1M (3),
512k (4),
128k (5),
64k (6)
Full throttle option (2) means the LAN rate.
