This object defines the duration (in seconds) the active port transmission is shut down after LAG Flip occurs. The transmission is shut down and then opened again (after the duration defined by this object), in order to cause the other side to flip to the new active port. 0=no shut-down. This object is applicable only when lagDistributionMethod=oneToOne(3) and mainly when each of the Links of our device is connected to a different device.
