The PDR is calculated by:

The PRR is calculated by:
(l3SatReportReorderedPacketsBck / l3SatReportValidRxTwampPacketsBck)
This object is relevant only for the performance test and only when
l3SatPeerResponderType is loopAndTimestamp(4) and
l3SatPeerProfileReportType is clockSync(1).
For the other cases the value is zero and the PDR & PRR are not
calculated.
The initial value is zero.
