The value of MIB II's sysUpTime object at the last time that prtParamResetStatsCmd was Set to on(3) for this port. If prtParamResetStatsCmd was never Set to on(3) since last re-initialization of the agent, then this object contains a zero value. This object enables calculating the running time of Statistics counters for this port, by: [sysUpTime-prtParamLastResetStatsTime]. For some devices other types of 'Reset' may affect this parameter
