column r/w Enumeration 
VLAN Tagging.
'unmodified' - No change will be done to the Frame.
'tag' - Add Tag to Untagged Frames.
'doubleTag' - Add Tag to all Frames.
'doubleTagAndFallBack' - Double Tagging will have different rules for 
 VLANs that this port is member in, than these it is not a member in.
'untag' - Remove Tag from tagged frames.
