bfdSessXStaticAssociated

This object determines whether BFD session (neighbor)
runs in associated or unassociated mode.
In associated mode, static-route state depends on
the state of the BFD session.
In unassociated mode, static-route state is not
affected by the state of the BFD session.
disable     (2) - associated mode is disabled
enable      (3) - associated mode is enabled
