alarmRelayInputRelayIndex

This object is the index of the Alarm Relay.
Values: 1- critical, 2- major, 3- minor according to alarm severity.
For devices that have only one alarm output the value
will be one (1).
For devices with alarms on a slot, the index will be:
(1000*slot number)+ alarm relay severity number.
