This entry specifies the Sensors (Temperature sensors or others)
existence and status.
Each sensor will be represented by 2 bits,
where the first bit (right) will specify the existence:
(0= Not exist, 1=exist),
and the left bit will specify it's status
(0= OK, 1=FAIL), so for each sensor:
00 - sensor does not exist
01 - sensor exists and status is OK
11 - sensor exists and status is not OK
( e.g. temperature exceeds pre-defined threshold)
bits 0-1 are for first sensor
bits 2-3 are for 2nd sensor (if exists)
and so on...
Bit 0 is the LSB.
