notification 
This trap indicates that the quantity of 
alarm messages which have been written 
in the alarm buffer, since the last clear command,
exceeds predefined threshold. (Buffer size) 
The new alarms are overwriting the oldest alarms 
(the first alarms written in the buffer).
For LA-110,threshold value is 200 alarms.
