The configured priority. Priority will be used for source selection when the Quality Levels of the clock sources cannot be used (for example when Quality Level of some clock sources are equal or when csmDomainQlMode = disable (2)).The priority value can be from 1 to K, where K is maximum number of clock sources for the system. The priority value 0 means priority disable. The Clock Source having priority disable value is not taken to the selection process
