Object

Holdoff Timer in msec.
When Holdoff Timer>0, and the current clock source fails (SSF),
timer is started and doesn't trigger the CSM immediately to switch to
another clock source.
In this case, when Holdoff Timer expired (or 0 initially),
the CSM will switch the clock source immediately.
Valid values are: 300..1800.
Default= 300.
