column packets SNMPv2-SMICounter32 
Indicates the total number of packets received with an
unexpected sequence number. All fragments being 
reassembled are dropped. Start a new packet with the
received segment only if the B bit is set on the 
segment. Otherwise the new segment is also dropped.
