column Enumeration

This variable indicates the status of ELMI Address 
registration(AR) on the neighboring device. A value 
of 1 indicates ELMI AR is not supported on the 
neighboring device. A value of 2 indicates ELMI AR is
enabled on the interface. A value of 3 indicates AR is
supported, but user disabled the exchange of IP 
address and ifIndex with the neighbor.
