This object represents the Management address of the device used for address registration. Network management station can send management messages to this IP address. This can be user configured address or the address of one of the interfaces on the device. If address registration is disabled then this will have a value of 0.0.0.0. This object is accessible only if the ELMI protocol is supported on the device
