The integer part of Tx power in Channel 1 of the QSFP+ Fiber module insered into the port. The value is in units of dbm. If the qtechFiberDDMSupportStatus is false or the Fiber module type is not QSFP+, the integer part of Tx power value in Channel 1 is -100(means the value is invalid).
