Threshold below which a branch circuit minimum current condition will be generated. Specified as a percentage of the branch breaker rating represented in the OID pmmBranchCircuitBreakerRating A value of zero indicates that the threshold is disabled. Threshold write returns as unsuccessful if one of the breaker threshold groups does not meet conditions. In this case, read the thresholds to know which threshold group's write condition is not met. Threshold needs to be enabled to read value

How SNMP and these commands workWalk the column to discover its indexed instances, or supply every index to read one instance.
Walk the column
/usr/bin/snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c '<community>' -Pud -Ir -OQUs -m 'PowerNet-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/apc:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'udp:<hostname>:161' 'PowerNet-MIB::pmmBranchCircuitMinCurrentThreshold'
More examples
Read one indexed instance
/usr/bin/snmpget -v2c -c '<community>' -Pud -Ir -OQUv -m 'PowerNet-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/apc:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'udp:<hostname>:161' 'PowerNet-MIB::pmmBranchCircuitMinCurrentThreshold.<pmmBranchCircuitMeterIndex>.<pmmBranchCircuitIndex>'
Translate to a numeric OID
/usr/bin/snmptranslate -Pud -Ir -On -m 'PowerNet-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/apc:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'PowerNet-MIB::pmmBranchCircuitMinCurrentThreshold'
