The position of the condenser fluid valve. The valve
regulates the flow of liquid coolant into the heat
exchanger (condenser). 100% indicates the valve is
completely open, and 0% indicates that the valve is
closed.  Measured in percent.
A value of -2147483648 indicates that this OID does
not apply to this device due to its configuration.
