column HC-PerfHist-TC-MIBHCPerfIntervalCount 
High capacity counter for number of bytes received by the  
PW (from the PSN) during the interval.  
This is the 64 bit version of pwPerfIntervalInBytes, if  
pwPerfIntervalInHCBytes is supported according to the  
rules spelled out in RFC2863.
