column HC-PerfHist-TC-MIBHCPerfCurrentCount 
High capacity counter for number of bytes received by the  
PW (from the PSN) in the current 15-minute interval.  
This is the 64 bit version of pwPerfCurrentInBytes, if  
pwPerfCurrentInHCBytes is supported according to the  
rules spelled out in RFC2863.
