column HC-PerfHist-TC-MIBHCPerfIntervalCount 
High-capacity counter for number of bytes forwarded by
the PW (to the PSN) during the interval.
This is the 64-bit version of pwPerfIntervalOutBytes,
if pwPerfIntervalOutHCBytes is supported according to
the rules spelled out in RFC 2863.
