Object

The counter for number of bytes received by the
PW (from the PSN) in the current 15-minute interval.
It MUST be equal to the least significant 32 bits of
pwPerfCurrentInHCBytes, if pwPerfCurrentInHCBytes is
supported according to the rules spelled out in RFC 2863.
