Object
This object defines the number of microseconds
of expected packet delay variation for this CEP PW
over the PSN.
The actual jitter buffer MUST be at least twice this
value for proper operation.
If configured to a value not supported by the
implementation, the agent MUST reject the SNMP Set
operation.
