Object
This MIB object represents the 'disconnected' minimum waiting delay within the context of an MTA's 'disconnected procedure', specifically when local user activity is detected. The 'disconnected procedure' is initiated when an endpoint becomes 'disconnected' while attempting to communicate with a Call Agent.
