pktcDectPPCapabilitiesSlotType

This attribute represents the PP slot type 
capabilities. 
A bit set to '1' indicates support of the 
slot type, 
A bit set to '0' indicates no support of 
the slot type. Bits are numbered left to 
right (MSB = 0). The possible values are:
'halfSlot': half slot, j = 0
'fullSlot': full slot
'doubleSlot': double slot
