scalar SNMP-FRAMEWORK-MIBSnmpAdminString 
This attribute represents the control of the PP 
registration using PIN or easy registration procedures. 
Setting this attribute to values containing ascii octets 
not in the range [0-9] returns an error. 
The value '0000' indicates the easy paring procedure is 
used for registering new PPs. Otherwise, the PIN procedure
is used.
