This attribute represents the control of easy pairing
invocation by the FP.
          
The value 'false' indicates easy pairing is not active.
The value 'true' indicates the FP initiates the easy pairing
process. 
After the first PP attempts pairing or a timer expires, 
which ever occurs first, the easy pairing is disabled and
this attribute falls back to 'false'.
