scalar r/w SNMP-FRAMEWORK-MIBSnmpAdminString 
This attribute represents the codec selection in prefered
order from left to right. The codec list is comma separated
with no additional characters between code names.
When a user associated with an endpoint linked to this 
FP has configured its own preferred codec list this 
attribute is ignored.
