scalar r/w Integer32
The number of bits in the subnet mask. For example, a subnet mask
of 255.255.0.0 has 16 subnet/prefix bits. Valid values are 0-32.
The default is 0. When the value is 0, the correct value is determined
based on the class of the IP Address.
