This value corresponds to the Transmitt Power Attenuation in
              
dB for the access node. This value represents the downstream
              
power level in dB. Permissible values are -6, -3 and 0.
              
The default value of this object is 0 dB. The power levels +3
              
and +6 may be used in future.
