Object
The value of this object corresponds to the upper bound downstream
port speed of the specified port. The speeds are measured
in kbps.
Setting the value of this object will also set the same value to the object
xdslDevMVLSpecificIfConfigMaxPortSpeed.
Prior to GrandSlam 2.3, the object xdslDevMVLSpecificIfConfigMaxPortSpeed
was used for both upstream and downstream port speeds. Now there are
two different objects for upstream and downstream port speeds.
