sysDevConfigUserAccountPrivilegedPassword

This object corresponds to the access privilege password
of the user account.  If user is configured
 with this password in addition to a UserPassword 
 than the user is Administrator. In a case that user
 is Operator and does not supply this password 
 upon user configuration this value should be null string
