An index to distinguish among multiple LBRs with the same LBR Transaction Identifier field value. osEthServLbrPerLbmId are assigned sequentially from 1, in the order that the Loopback Initiator received the LBR. it is an analog of mefSoamLbrMulticastReceiveOrder from MEF-SOAM-FM-MIB.txt.
