This object is the PoE PD heartbeat IPv4 address to ping.
Setting this object also impacts the ostPoePortHeartbeatIpAddressString
returned value. If an IPv4 address is written to this object the
two objects return the same value. If ostPoePortHeartbeatIpAddressString
is set with an IPv6 address then ostPoePortHeartbeatIpAddress returns
an all zeros value.
