This object is the trap host 2 IPv4 address.  
              
Setting this object also impacts the equivalent ostIpTraphostCfgTable
returned  value. If an IPv4 address is written to this object the
two objects return the same value. If ostIpTraphostCfgTable
is set with an IPv6 address then this object returns an all zeros
value.
