associated with the interface set identified by the
ntnQosQsetPriAssignmentRoles tag, on which traffic 
with the specified user priority, dictated by the 
ntnQosQsetPriAssignmentPri value, is placed. Failure 
to specify an appropriate queue results in a
'priAssociationConflict(4)' error indication being 
returned.
