ntnQosQsetDscpAssignmentRoles tag, on which traffic 
with the specified user priority, dictated by the 
ntnQosQsetDscpAssignmentDscp value, is placed. Failure 
to specify an appropriate queue results in a
'priAssociationConflict(4)' error indication being 
returned.
