this classifier entry.
              
The ntnQosL2AccessElemVlanIdMax value must 
be greater than or equal to the 
ntnQosL2AccessElemVlanIdMin value.
              
Setting the ntnQosL2AccessElemVlanIdMin 
object to 1 and the ntnQosL2AccessElemVlanIdMax 
to 4094 indicates that VLAN data should not 
be considered during traffic classification.
