The type of statistics tracking used by this 
access assignment. The value of this attribute 
dictates the amount of statistics tracking resources 
(i.e., counters) consumed by this access assignment
entry. A value of 'individualClfr(1)' means that 
separate counters will be allocated, space permitting, 
for each access element referenced by the assignment. 
A value of 'aggregateClfr(2)' means that a single 
counter will be used to accumulate the statistics 
data for all the classifiers referenced by the 
access assignment. A value of 'noStatsTracking(3)'
means that no statistics tracking resources will be
allocated.
