this classifier entry.
              
The ntnL2MultiFieldClfrVlanIdMax value must 
be greater than or equal to the 
ntnL2MultiFieldClfrVlanIdMin value.
              
Setting the ntnL2MultiFieldClfrVlanIdMin 
object to 1 and the ntnL2MultiFieldClfrVlanIdMax 
to 4094 indicates that VLAN data should not 
be considered during traffic classification.
              
If a frame is double tagged, this value
represents the outer VLAN ID (Ovid).
