ntnClfrBlockMeter

This attribute identifies the meter that is 
associated with this classifier block. Meters 
are specified in the ntnQosMeterTable and 
associated tables. The corresponding instance in 
the ntnQosMeter class (i.e., the class instance 
where the ntnQosMeterId is equal to the value of 
this object) must exist prior to being associated 
with a block entry.
              
A value of 0 indicates that no individual classifier
metering is requested.
