The ethernet subnet mask. The parameters 
ethernetIpAddr
and ethernetSubnetMask have to be set together,giving
first IpAddress and then Subnetmask, in a same request.
Unless an IpAddress and a Subnet mask are not set the
network activity for the specified ethernet interface 
will not be up for service.
