nqaMtracertHistoryOutputPacketCount

This field contains the number of multicast packets that have 
been transmitted or queued for transmission for all groups and 
sources on the outgoing interface, or 0xffffffff if no count can
be reported. This counter should have the same value as 
ifOutMulti-castPkts from the IF-MIB for this interface.
