column r/w SNMPv2-TCRowPointer 
A reference to the object that shall supply the video stream
to the pull source.  This could be e.g. an encoder pipeline
in the vasEncPipeTable or a UDP sink in the vasUdpSnkTable.
The value `.0.0' is used when no input is specified.
