column r/w SNMPv2-TCRowPointer 
If the interface is an output interface, as set on
vasIfPortMode, then this is a reference to the object that
shall deliver the video stream to the interface.  Which type
of object that is a valid input depends on the type of
interface.  
              
If the interface is an input interface, as set on
the vasIfPortMode, then the value is always `.0.0'.
